This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the NTT INDYCAR SERIES, American Airlines, the AAdvantage® program, or any race venue/event organizer.

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and household members are not eligible.

Void where prohibited by law.

Begins 12:00 a.m. ET on February 27, 2026 and ends 11:59 p.m. ET on September 30, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Random drawing will be conducted on or about October 10, 2026.

There are two (2) ways to obtain a base entry.

A. On-Site QR Code Entry

Visit Sponsor’s official booth at one of the designated race events during the Sweepstakes Period and scan the official QR code to complete the online entry form.

Limit one (1) base entry per person per event location, up to a maximum of four (4) base entries per person during the Sweepstakes Period.

B. Free Mail-In Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) for Base Entry

To enter without attending an event, hand-print your full name, mailing address, city, state, ZIP code, email address, phone number, and date of birth on a 3” x 5” card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Base AMOE entries must be postmarked by September 30, 2026 and received by October 5, 2026.

Bonus entries are optional and may be obtained in either of two ways. Bonus entries obtained by donation and bonus entries obtained for free will be treated identically.

A. Bonus Entries via Voluntary Donation (Optional)

During the Sweepstakes Period, an eligible participant may receive one (1) bonus entry for each $25 voluntary donation made to Sponsor, up to a maximum of ten (10) bonus entries per person.

Donations are voluntary and are not required to enter or win.

B. Free AMOE for Bonus Entries (Equal-Dignity)

To obtain bonus entries without making a donation, hand-print your full name, mailing address, city, state, ZIP code, email address, phone number, date of birth, and the statement:

“Bonus Entry Request – ASYMCA 2026 IndyCar Sweepstakes”

on a separate 3” x 5” card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Each properly completed Bonus Entry Request card will count as one (1) bonus entry, up to a maximum of ten (10) bonus entries per person.

Bonus AMOE requests must be postmarked by September 30, 2026 and received by October 5, 2026.

C. Entry Cap and Equal Treatment

Maximum entries per person during the Sweepstakes Period:

• Up to four (4) base entries, plus
• Up to ten (10) bonus entries,
• For a maximum of fourteen (14) total entries per person.

All entries, including bonus entries obtained by donation and bonus entries obtained via free AMOE, will be included in the same drawing and will have equal treatment and equal chance per entry.

Sponsor may require reasonable documentation to resolve identity disputes or enforce entry limits.

Entries generated by script, macro, bot, automated means, or other fraudulent methods are void.

Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with entry processes or violates these Rules.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries.

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded consisting of:

• 250,000 American Airlines AAdvantage® miles; and
• Two (2) reserved grandstand tickets to one (1) regular-season race during the 2027 NTT INDYCAR SERIES season (winner’s choice, subject to availability).

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”)

• 250,000 miles: $3,750 (valued at $0.015/mile)
• Two (2) grandstand tickets: $500 total ($250 per ticket)
  Total ARV: $4,250

Prize Conditions

• Standard reserved grandstand seating only; premium hospitality, VIP packages, pit access, and other upgrades excluded.
• Travel, lodging, meals, parking, and transportation are not included.
• Miles subject to AAdvantage® program terms; Sponsor not responsible for program changes or redemption availability.
• Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
• Winner responsible for all taxes; Sponsor will issue IRS Form 1099 as required by law.

Winner selected in a random drawing on or about October 1, 2026 from all eligible entries received.

Odds depend on number of eligible entries received.

Winner notified by email and/or phone within five (5) business days.

If winner does not respond within ten (10) days, prize may be forfeited and an alternate selected.

Except where prohibited by law (including California), acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, and city/state for promotional purposes without further compensation.

Entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates from claims arising out of participation or prize use.

Sponsor not responsible for technical failures, lost entries, or events beyond its control.

Disputes resolved individually without class action.

Governed by Virginia law.

Certain jurisdictions (including California) may not allow certain limitations; such limitations may not apply. Severability applies.

Information collected is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

Entry is not conditioned upon marketing opt-in.

Request winner name by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to Sponsor within sixty (60) days after October 1, 2026.
